Art Ibleto, The Pasta King, is an iconic figure here in
Sonoma County. He has offered authentic Italian cuisine

contributions to the local community here in Sonoma County. Generations have grown up enjoying his signature pastas and polentas at our local Sonoma County Fair and Farmer’s Markets.
